“Of all the work that is done or that be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all the character, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation.”
-Theodore Roosevelt

This quote is somewhat alike to the previous one. Here, Roosevelt is telling the american population that we must respect ourselves. How do we do that?, well Teddy states that the way to do that is by educating ourselves about our body, that means treating ourselves right and not harming it. He is telling us to not tamper with ourselves or fall into the temptation of illicit things. The next point Ted brings out is that we need to develop our mind. Now the mind can be taken care of and nurtured in various ways. Eating a well balance diet, as well as making sure you have a sufficient intake of water, will help nourish the brain. Keeping your mind at peace can be done by limiting your stress. The power of the brain is also increased by constantly challenging it and keeping it active throughout the day. The last point the 26th president articulates is that our character must be good as well. Our character can easily be changed to good and that can be done by always choosing to be a CTR person. Now the reason why this man brings up the points is because he knows the children are the future for America, and so he telling us by properly taken control of ourselves, when we grow up we will have a strong mind and character and be better suited to run the country.
