Your feelings and your mood is greatly improve and you become more productive. Since you have enthusiasm, when you have a task it will some like fun instead of actual work. Since it is fun, the time will pass by faster, and things will get done a lot quicker. Now if a person is negative, everyone around will become negative as well. Here, Roosevelt is telling the american population that we must respect ourselves. How do we do that?, well Teddy states that the way to do that is by educating ourselves about our body, that means treating ourselves right and not harming it. He is telling us to not tamper with ourselves or fall into the temptation of illicit things. The next point Ted brings out is that we need to develop our mind. Now the mind can be taken care of and nurtured in various ways. Eating a well balance diet, as well as making sure you have a sufficient intake of water, will help nourish the brain. We need to START and CONTINUE what we should do, and the courage to STOP what we shouldn't do." -Richard L. Evans This inspiring statement is telling is to continue doing what is good. We should never switch paths and choose otherwise. Choosing the right is the path to go as it will always lead you in a  great direction. If we have not already began to do good, then we should start to do so. It is never too late to begin a path to greatness. Richard is saying that we need the courage to start and to stop. What he means from that is we need to be able to resist our temptations from doing bad. We need to be able to be able to say no to things we know are bad. It may be hard to initially build up the courage to do so but eventually it will grow and it will become a natural instinct to do good. It will no longer seem like a decision or a choice. An example of someone starting and continuing to do good can happen when someone decides to begin to help others and an example of

Over the winter break I did not do much, i mostly spent it at home with my family. I did go out here and there for example i went ice skating with my sister. I also celebrated my 17th birthday so there is that. I visited L.A Zoo Lights, which was fun and interesting to see the park lit up. I did not meet any new people over the summer as i stayed for the most part at home. One movie i do remember clearly watching is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. it was a great movie and i really enjoyed it, I found it on Netflix and decided to watch after being recommended to watch the movie by several friends. I did not attend any sport events and also there were not that many sports events on television over the break. I only watched Cleveland play golden State on Christmas day. My whole break was a ctr experience i did nothing but good. One book i read over the weekend was The Awakening by Kate Chopin. There was a lot of homework left for me over the break, mainly due to my English and hi
