"Physical fitness is not only the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is yet not understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong"
-John F. Kennedy
It is true what Kenny is saying as fitness play a role as to how healthy you are. There to parts to being healthy there is the emotional aspect and then there is the physical part. You cannot be have one without the other, they go hand in hand in hand with one another. When your body is physically fit, your mind has better reactions and is capable of doing more. In contrast, by not being physically fit, your body will experience certain health issues which will hinder your ability to learn and produce. It is scientifically proven that being active will help out in school. Something as simple as sleep can also effect the way you are in the morning and your ability to function well. Not being physically healthy can also lead to other symptoms such as moods swings, which will in turn affect behavioral issues. An example of this quote can be seen when a person a sick. They are not physically strong and are often to tired to do anything or the mind is else where as the sickness lowers their ability to function right. Also being sick also limits the person ability to learn as they feel unmotivated to really do anything.
