When you feel good, when you do something that you self know its right, you feel good. You have a sense of either pride or happiness because you feel good about yourself. Doing good may also lead to some positive consequences or even rewards. The positive reinforcement will then come back and leave you feeling good as well. Abraham also stated the opposite, when you do bad, you feel bad. Here Abraham meant that when you choose the wrong and do something you is wrong, it will lead to you feeling bad about yourself. You may often be left with some type of guilt, there for it will leave you feeling bad.
