“A promise must never be broken” Alexander Hamilton A promise must never broken for various reasons. By breaking a promise you don't only let yourself down but another person as well. Breaking a promise leads to a loss of credibility. People will no longer believe you when you say you will do something. Also other peoples trust in you will dwindle down as well. By breaking a promise you break a commitment to another person. That person will no longer value you. They will think less and less of you as time goes by. By constantly breaking promises you also lose friends and people will not want to be near you. Word spreads fast and even people you do not know will think you have no credibility. If you make a promise, you have to keep it.

On the other hand if you only do what is wrong, you will have nothing but negative results. Choosing the right will also have people liking you more. They will have greater respect and they will find you more responsible. Also you will be showing honesty as a person and you will also demonstrate integrity. By investing in what is doing right, you will never fail. Nothing bad could ever happen and there is no way you could feel bad either. You can't do bad and feel good, it is impossible.
